This Workshop will provide a comprehensive overview with all aspects of pediatric considerations including a review of the phylogenic aspects of the peripheral and central vestibular mechanisms, assessment protocols utilizing behavioral motor milestones, and electrophysiological measures such as Vestibular Evoked Myogenic Potentials (VEMPs). Treatment will include the use of Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy (VRT), as well as Return to Play indicators (RTP) post concussion (mTBI), and Canalith Repositioning Maneuvers (CRM) with 'hands-on' manual practice. Evaluation and treatment of special needs children with multiple involvements will also be discussed with case presentations.
