The Journal of the American Academy of Audiology (JAAA) is the Academy's scholarly peer-reviewed publication, issued 10 times a year and available online at no cost to Academy members as a benefit of membership. The journal publishes articles and clinical reports in all areas of audiology, including audiological assessment, amplification, aural habilitation and rehabilitation, auditory electrophysiology, vestibular assessment, and hearing science.
The mission of the Accreditation Commission for Audiology Education (ACAE), an autonomous organization, is "to assure the public that only those programs that have complied with this agency's standards and that graduate competent audiologists trained at the Au.D. level will be accredited." The ACAE also assures its communities of interest that graduates of ACAE accredited programs will be able to function according to the national scope of practice as defined by the profession. ACAE accreditation recognizes, reinforces, and promotes the highest quality in AuD educational programs through a rigorous verification process.

DryCaddy – the “next-best” thing to a Dry & Store.
Dry & Store is an electrical appliance for nightly use at home to store and care for all types of hearing instruments, including hearing aids, cochlear implant hardware, noise/tinnitus maskers, and in-ear monitors. It combines the three essential elements needed for effective drying: heat, moving air, and a desiccant that drives the relative humidity really low, and captures the moisture that is released. During the first ninety seconds of the Dry & Store Global II cycle, a germicidal lamp sanitizes the hearing instruments, after which conditioning continues for 8 hours. The unit then automatically shuts off, continuing to store the instruments safely until they are needed
