Karen Gordon, PhD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and Institute of Medical Science, University of Toronto. She is a Scientist and Director of Research of Archie's Cochlear Implant Laboratory at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. She received her PhD (2005) and B.Sc (1991) at the University of Toronto and her M.A. in Audiology (1993) at Northwestern University. She is a registered Audiologist. Her research focuses on auditory development in children with hearing loss. She holds research funding from the Canadian Institutes for Health Research and the Ontario Government.
