    The ultimate in hearing protection.  Adaptive Noise Reduction: Music•PRO circuitry automatically changes output levels as sound input levels change. Hearing is natural, as if nothing is in the ears, until sound exceeds safe levels. As sound levels increase, earplugs gradually provide 9- or 15-dB sound reduction. Natural hearing is restored when sound returns to safe levels.

  • Home Hearing Test (HHT™)

    Access to a simple, accurate reliable method of testing hearing outside the medical or commercial environment does not currently exist. Several types of self-administered hearing tests are available via telephone, smartphone apps and Internet sites. The primary limitation of these tests is they do not use calibrated equipment and there is no control over test stimuli. The Home Hearing Test determines when hearing should be checked by a licensed hearing professional, but does not identify the cause of hearing loss or determine what the treatment should be.

     

    The goal of the HHT is to provide accurate information so consumers can take steps toward better hearing wellness. There are many uses for the HHT in home and professional settings.

    The BEAN can provide that one click of clarity. The BEAN is a high-fidelity, personal sound amplifier with a built-in sensor that amplifies only soft sounds. Loud sounds pass through as though nothing is in the ear. The BEAN has wide-dynamic-range compression circuitry, a 16- kHz bandwidth, and can handle undistorted peak inputs of up to 115dB which makes it ideal for musicians.     HD5 high-definition, noise-isolating Safety Earphones are reduced-output earphones, engineered for safe listening and exceptional sound quality. Risk to hearing is minimized, regardless of the volume level from portable players. HD5 earphones block sound (like earplugs) to reduce external noise and limit the amount of sound that reaches the eardrum. The sound output of HD5 earphones is safer than with noise-canceling earphones, or earbuds that do not properly seal the ears.
